Cardiovascular Study
This is a 147 Day Study in Omaha, Nebraska
This study is a data collection only study and will utilize smartphones and paired smartwatches. No investigational algorithms will be loaded onto the data collection devices within this study.
This study aims to investigate the relationship between the metrics and sensor.
signals collected from smartwatches and smartphones and cardiac and metabolic status as determined by diagnostic tests and imaging such as blood labs and coronary computed tomography angiography.
The study will involve two participant cohorts:
•Cohort 1: Individuals without prior diagnosis of coronary artery disease (CAD). but are being investigated for possible CAD and as part of standard clinical care, will undergo a cardiac computed tomography angiography (CCTA) for assessment of coronary artery anatomy
•Cohort 2: Individuals without prior CAD diagnosis and who are estimated to be at elevated risk for cardiovascular disease.
Upon enrollment, participants will be given two smartphones and two smartwatches (primary and secondary). Participants will wear the smartwatches simultaneously for approximately 3 weeks and then continue to wear only the primary smartwatch for an additional 13 weeks. The smartwatch(es) should be worn for at least 10 hours during the day for 7 days/week, and optionally, every other night.

Our clinical studies are always voluntary. You are free to withdraw your consent at any time. Once you’ve already started the clinical study, our doctors may need you to come back for a visit, just to check that the drug is out of your system.
